Hi Ruby,
I am in about the same position as you. I am currently rehab-ing my first home. So my experience is slim but I would be glad to help you if I can.

There are some other investors in the area–some close to your location-- that are very willing to share ideas.

Read the book and go see some MH. You’ll find that things are just about as described in the book. By doing this, you will answer some of your questions and make you think of some others.
