Ok so I have been reading this site for a few weeks and I see the way some of you are putting deals together and I’ve got to say it’s very impressive.

My question is how do I obtain all the paperwork needed to make this work myself?

And would it be easier if I just contacted a good lawyer near me and explained what I wanted to do - and then had him handle all the paperwork? You know I don’t want to get involved with lots of paperwork I’d rather create the situation and let someone else (my lawyer) handle all the paperwork that makes my head spin.

Anyone doing this? Will this work? I would rather just try and find the properties.

thanks.

Pete,

First: Read all the posts here on this site dealing with how beginners should get started

Second: Visit www.legalwiz.com and read all the articles there.

Third: Invest some money in a few RE courses. I’d start with Ron LaGrand’s course (do a search on the internet)

Then: I’d ROCK!!! (hey, I already did that)
