I have repoed the same homes enough times to wish I could rent them just for the ease of eviction. These repoed homes are in far worse shape than my rentals have ever been because of the eviction time frame, much faster here. Only cleaning Before the sale you say but how many times do we sell each home? Lonnie built his wealth with rentals and other vehicles and maintains it with Lonnie deals.
