There are so many posts, mine keeps getting buried! Guess that’s good. Means everyone is busy!
Anyway, if anyone has a letter that they don’t mind sharing that has worked for them, I would GREATLY appreciate it. I’ve found some unlisted homes that would be great rehabs and I want to send some letters and see if I get a response. I know letters are not the perfect way to go and I am pursuing listed and bank owned properties at the same time, but I would also like to “farm” a little. If anyone has one to share, I will owe you!

You may want to take a look at Joe Kaiser’s “The Hunt for Abandoned Properties” available on this site. You can get software with it as well that will do everything that it looks like you want to do.
In the meantime, just track down the names of the owners and call them!
