Start with Sheets. It is basic, but when you went to school you needed elementary before high school. Reading through his material will make your next course (LeGrands) so much more enjoyable. Ron’s material is almost like Carleton’s but in a little more detail. Ron will “Fine Tune” everything you learned from Sheets and by now you’ll be ready to get out there and become a Real Estate Investor.

I’m sure there will be other posts with other reccomendations as well.

This is just (My Opinion) and my thoughts

…about your favorite REI course(s).

I’m a relatively new investor & really want to deepen my knowledge of REI as well as make money at it as quickly as possible. So, I’ve decided to purchase some of the fine RE courses and/or books offered here & there. But…so many to choose from!

So, from those of you who have reaped the benefits of an RE course/book or two…which one(s) did you start with, which one(s) impacted you the most & why? Please give me your thoughts & recommendations.

Thanks in advance!
