Hello all,
I received more than one e-mail asking “how” I got three deals so recently and so quickly.
Here is the answer…

Sort of!
You create your own luck.
I am currrently cash poor, and lack the energy to advertise effectively.
The first deal came from a letter we sent to out of town owners months ago.
The second one came from a cold call to a FSBO sign that I noticed laying down on the ground, with debri around it.
the number on it was disconnected, so I got the name from an address search and called the new number.
Seller had pretty much given up on selling.
The third deal actually came from my website.
the seller was doing a search on the web with the phrase “We Buy Homes”.
they claim to have looked at 100’s of websites, and noticed that mine was from a “local company”.
YAY, the website pays for itself. (it is FREE anyway.)
So, after I get some CASH, the marketing blitz starts again.
you know, just seeing the problems as sellers descibe them is HALF the battle.
Seeing the solutions and explaining “how” you can implement them is the other half.
