Hello, If you had 100,000 to invest in mobile homes how would you do it?

I have the lonnie books, but would it be better to just buy 25 or 30 mobile homes bam right now? or
try to aquire them 1 or 2 a month? Maybe 1/2 in parks the other 1/2 with land deals? any advantages or disadvantages
to doing these in Texas. I am in Nebraska but moving to Texas June 1st. (This is my excuse for not Getting Off The
Couch) Thank you for your time.

Sandy, Where will you be moving to in Texas? I am in Houston and would be glad to help if I can.

A hundred grand is hard to keep spinning doing just Lonnie deals. The more we do, the better we get and the less we pay.

There is no one answer that fits everyone. If you are new to mobile homes, then a few Lonnie deals would be an ideal way to get to know the business, know the market and know the people while making a profit.

From there I would look for land/home and park deals but that’s just me. By combining real estate with mobile homes in your portfolio you provide yourself access to more cash through equity capture and refi’s to do more deals.
