What sets the date of closing with regard to a one time close loan in texas. Is it the date the of the original signing prior to construction or is it at the date of modification to perminent? The reason I ask is that I want to know how long after modification I would have to wait to refinance is it one year from the original signing prior to construction or is it one year from the modification date.
