I use Credit Link. www.creditlink.com

There is no charge to sign up or get their software. You then use their software to dial in to an 800 number and it sends you a report in about 2 minutes.
The reoprts include UD/Skip check, TeleCheck, comprehensive consumer cretit rept, experian risk score, etc. They charge $9.95 per inquiry, and bill you at the end of the month.

I don’t know if there are any services wherte you can get consumer credit reports thru the net, because they have to be sure you’re requesting it for a legit reason.

Could anyone suggest an online credit report site that you have found to be useful in screening prospective tenants or buyers.

Thanks,

The Rental Housing On Line site has a program where you must initially donate $25. Once you have proven the legitimacy of your business you can receive e-mailed credit reports for $8/Ea by faxing a copy of the rental application. http://cses.com/

Enjoy,
Gary
