I can get a bank loan to buy mobile homes with only a 10% down payment. I could raise the price and sell owner financing to another party and take some money up front. I would then recoup my initial investment and I could keep doing this again and again. Any flaws or opinions?

Are you dealing with a small local bank? I’ve spoken with local banks in my area and they all want 20% down. How are you able to only put down 10%?
