I hear that he has started another business. He left the note business when Met refused to sell to him and I thing some legal problems came up.
I believe he was good teacher, but no longer in the business.

Anyone have any feedback on Greg Hickman. He used to run Capital South Mortgages out of Texas. Attended one of his seminars in 1991…he seemed like he knew his stuff…Comments?

Greg, represented his company as being the end investor for paper. He trained lots and lots of “bird dogs” and then had them submit their deals to him. The service that they offered and the rates they were trying to buy the paper at lacked.
He even tried to go around some of his submitting brokers to circumvent them with their customers (A BIG NO NO in the broker business).
Its great that he is no longer affilated with notes, or the note industry. He was and probably still a big time CHARLATAN
