Another newbie looking for second opinions!!! Gotta house bought two months ago by two unmarried people (male and female) assessed at 65,300 was bought for 77,00 and is advertised as an assumable at 89,900. Should i go at this as a possible MOTIVATED seller or should i approach this as someone who is already doing what i am trying to do??? Also, the mailing address according the county assessor is different than the site address? Any opinions appreciated.
