I was thinking of purchasing one of John Beck’s courses on tax lien certificates or perhaps his book about buying RE for pennies on the dollar. Does anyone have these? Opinions?

I have several of his courses, he is a knwoledgable attorney who is down to earth. I’ve met him and enjoyed talking to him. He’s been doing this for about 20 years and has personally bought 1000 of properties. I don’t work for him and received nothing from him to say this. He has a web site johnbeck.net
He has on rare occasion posted here as well.

Put John Beck in search engine on here and Group II. You will get comments on both sides. He really knows his stuff, but follow up is a problem. You need to get that clarified.
