Couldn’t you just send a certified letter stating that they had an option to _________ and that they didn’t do ____ because you received no notice, and therefore _________ will happen.

Option Default Notice? - Posted by TRandle

Would anyone have a Notice of Default for notifying a T/B that their option has been revoked? I’ve checked several of my courses and Bronchick’s site and can’t locate one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks…

Why would it be necessary to give notice that they did not do either what the said that they would, that they had an option to do?
I doubt that any notice is necessary.

Ed,
I just like to cover my behind. We will probably renegotiate the option, promissory note and lease with this T/B so I plan to send something in writing notifying the T/B of default and will also probably get some sort of written release just to be safe.
