I’ll be moving to LA county in late November. From what I have heard LA area is hard to find deals due to higher home price and competition. So I’m a little disappointed… Have you had any luck finding deals in the area?

Are there any oc investors out there who can or are willing to talk about opportunities here. There seem to be investors all over the country, yet no one on this line from orange county calif or LA county calif. WHY???
