zillow.com can be useful. I wouldn’t put any faith in their “zestimates,” but their sold info is good.

You can also check the County Assesor’s office for any area you’re looking at. Often you can get property tax info right from their websites.

Where is the best place or places to research real estate in other states other than your own? I am thinking of heading to another state to do some re-habbing and flipping.
