How about a deal where you get a local investor that you like and trust to manage these deals for part equity. A “no money down” deal for the investor, and a manager with equity interest for you. Many different ways to structure this where the investor gets paid when it sells and you get good management.

In the upcoming weeks, I may be relocated from GA to FL for my work. I have 2 properties currently in my portfolio. 1 section 8 rental and 1 Lease/Option.
Suggestion on what I should do with the properties?
Initial reaction is to sell the rental and let the Lease/Option continue until it closes or the option is lost - then sell it.
