but if you can put 10% down and you have average credit
you can get no income verification loan.

We are trying to buy our first home. the trouble is that my husband recently switched jobs. He works in a different field, gets plenty of overtime every week since he started and will continue to do so. But everyone keeps telling me that we can’t use this because it hasn’t been constitant for a long period of time. Is this true, and how can we get around this??? Thanks
