The Only action that makes you money is putting the deal together. Prospecting is the first thing to go after and look at having someoen else handle for you. I dont do any more prospecting myself I have outsourced the finding of deals 100% so that all I do is talk to sellers. (This is the only worthwhile action for me to do as it is the only thing that makes me $)

I’ve got 3 short sales going, 1 of which ain’t going very well. Sub-2 in the works IF she’s able to re-instate her loan. Straight purchase on a fix-refi-and hold.
Looking at a water-damaged property tomorrow, driving by a subject-to possibility tomorrow, just took my contractor through 2 today, closing on a property the 31st…
Not to mention getting bandit signs up every Monday night.
I’ve got someone handling my foreclosure and junker mailings.
But I still hardly have time to pee.
And while my paydays are just around the corner, you know it’s difficult to predict exactly when you’re going to get your check.
Any suggestions for what I should delegate next?
