The Only action that makes you money is putting the deal together. Prospecting is the first thing to go after and look at having someoen else handle for you. I dont do any more prospecting myself I have outsourced the finding of deals 100% so that all I do is talk to sellers. (This is the only worthwhile action for me to do as it is the only thing that makes me $)

I’ve got someone handling my foreclosure and junker mailings.
