The max interest rate is not as important as what someone is willing to pay. Keep the rate under 11%, and raise the purchase price. People rarely balk at price . . . when they see 13%, they say “holy cow, my brother-in-law is only paying 8%”
Where can I get some information on a Owner Carry Loan? I assume there is a max intrest rate cap that we could charge (Live in Calif.) Thanks in advance for the help…
