Are manufactured homes good deals for cosmetic fixup for appreciation to carry your equity for monthly payments from your buyer, as a way to avoid bank financing when a buyer can’t qualify? I prefer owner financing because by avoiding banks and lenders, I can put deals together as long as train smoke. Any info would be appreciated.

I would suggest picking up Lonnie Scruggs Book Deals on wheels. He explains , in simple english, how we are all makeing a boat load of money, with little or no head aches.
