Step one: Where are you located? Perhaps one of our savvy specialists can help you through this deal.

Step two: You will be selling the MH on contract, not renting. Has it’s good points, and it’s bad points. And the “tenant” (buyer, now) will need to be approved by the park before you deal with them.

Step three: Go to the Books and Courses section of this website and order Deals on Wheels by Lonnie Scruggs. It details how to do this, step-by-step (with the exception of the specifics for your county/state).

Is it true that the park can establish this policy? Is there any way around? I found a house that sell by owner and has a good price, I also have a tenant who would like to move in. But it looks like it is only owner-occupied park. Any idea what to do? Thank you very much. Galina
