I would like to purchase a home that is currently being rented. (I would take a
room that is currently-empty.) I would like to owner occupy this property with
3% down. This is a single-family home. The purchase price for this property
will be 900000.00+. Can anyone direct me to a lender that might be able to
help me?

What would the tennants say about renting you a room? You can’t just move in with your tennants. It would be a nightmare. every little thing goes wrong you are just down the hall. Not me

Why not have the seller get the tennants to move out by closing?
This whole thing sounds strange. You ought to rethink this one.
