You will have to continue to call the police. I would also suggest contacting the city councilman responsible for that district and complain to him also. Perhaps he can exert pressure on the landlord to do something.

The house next to us is a duplex. The tenents closest to us drink and have verbal disputes almost nightly. The police have been out 3x in the last 8 weeks. I contacted the out of state owner. She is 82 yrs old and is bothered by this but doesn’t know how to get them out. She misplaced her copy of the lease, etc (82 yrs old). What re-course do we have and against who. The tenants are driving us crazy and have to go, what can we do?
