Hi my name is Joani and I am starting this program after having it about 3 years. My question is to some of the Penna. investors . I was wondering how everyone else is doing with this program in Pa. I do know that things are flying in Florida but like anyone else I guess your always concerned until you buy your first home. We do own our property with a good chunk of equity already available but like the rest of our fellow investors I am sure there is always some hesitation till you jump in and go for it.
