In the state of Pa. you can go to your local notary to have the title transfered, It is treated just like a car title. and you only pay sales tax on the home if it’s going to be moved. Hope this helps.

I am a first time MH buyer abd have an accepted offer, how do I transfer title in PA? Do we go to the Driver License Centers, AAA?
