dont know to much about the seminars. course is pretty good. i have a few lease option preperties under my belt now after reading the course. pays for itself after one deal the money you spend will come right back after one month collecting rent.

Has anyone here heard of the Paper Street Group?

They have a Lease Option course called “Fast Cash Formula”, or something like that. I cannot find out anything much about the course or the author.

Does anyone have any information on it, or any feedback about its worth?

I recently bought the Fast Cash course on eBay. The author, Charlise Mandeville, is a real estate guru teaching seminars in the midwest. I’ve seen a seminar advertise in the Chicago Sun Times for like $1500 or something. Too rich for me!!

Well, the course is pretty good. I really like the section on advertising and there is plently of materials to use to advertise.

Also there are really good contracts to use. It’s also easy enough a beginner to understand. There are good examples and great motivational approach.

I give it a THUMBS UP!
