Got a message on the machine the other day, someone wanted to know about the price of a home I was working on (its on the sign!). Checking the number, it was the number of the park office. Turns out someone was looking into buying the home back from me (I bought it from the park-fixer upper) for their stock.
I’ve called back twice, but both times the person was “busy” or “at lunch” and didn’t call back, so I’m not holding my breath.
Anyone done this before? I’m assuming a cash sale (big holding company with a bunch of parks), which doesn’t bother me and I’d be willing to give a discount if they ask…or even more if they want to buy as-is since it isn’t finished yet. Right now, I’m cash poor, and I’ve got another home to work on.
