Hmmm… Let’s see now. 25 appointments, 2 days, 16 hours equals about 45 minutes per manager, including driving time, if they’re all in and not busy. That’s faster than I can do it. If you can actually talk to 4 of them, you will be doing pretty good. It’s better to go slow enough to build good rapport and make sure you have a cooperative manager. You’ll only need 1 or 2 to start making money. You can add more as you become better at the business. (Start with the ones closest to your house).

I have decided to spend this weekend talking to all of the Mobile home Park Managers within a 30 mile radius of my home…I think the total number is around 25. I have read both “Deals on wheels” and “Making Money on Mobile Homes” however, i would still appreciate any advice and help regarding how to present lonnies idea to them… How to go about it…etc…etc…
