Love your sense of humor and yes, if I were you and had your knowledge, I would write a book about how to handle PM. They are not all bad, in fact, those that I have dealt with are more than willing to work with me and fill those “empties” and have paying home owners in the parks.

Write the book - HAPPY NEW YEAR.
