get in your yellow pages and look under wreaking, or demolition. they rip the place apart and seperate anything good to resell. they do not go in with the intention of reselling though they rip it up to clear the lot and anything useable in the end is an extra.

Hi folks,
Question for you experienced people:
Has anyone ever “parted out” an older property to generate cash? I am refering to old homes, 80-100 yrs or more.
This would include mainly wood trim, flooring, etc.
Some of these properties are located in my home town, very inexpensive, usually fixer uppers.
Just wondering.
