PARTITION ACTION - Posted by C QUAMMEN

Unfortunately for you, CP Quammen, he’s absolutely right. Using all caps in a posted message is the equivilent of yelling. Whether you like it or not, that’s they way netiquette has evolved. He was merely trying to clue you in on how to act politely here, or on any other message board you might frequent. Your telling him to “get a life” is even less likely to win friends or influence anyone here. Why would anyone here want to answer your question after you’ve been snotty and rude to the first person to try and clue you in?

Do you walk into a room screaming? That’s what ALL CAPS do, in writing-so if you want to calmly discuss and get advice on this board, settle down and use correct protocol on your posts.
