i am involved with a prtner that will not cooperate. He has no interest in the probeprt and wants more money. he has substantial money before the beggining of the rehab projects on two houses. Is there any way to bring it to a close without having to go through a long legal process. Should i just settle to avoid any more legal fees and can he tie it up in court for a long period of time.
