anyone interested in possibly sharing a deal or making an investment - i am a licensed real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker in both ga and ma - know the game, know how to find them - or a good majority anyway - would like to get started - having been appraising for other investors for years!!! need to stop doing this and move up the food chain so to speak - my problem? limited/no funds and no credit
