Yes. For federal purposes, it’s pretty much as if nothing happened, though a tax person should check your financials and ensure that there are no complications under IRC Section 708. For state purposes, you may have to file for dissoution or conversion of the partnership…pretty simple, Secretary of State should have a form for that.
