Rather than a partnership, you cold buy the cashflow from the homes he’s already moved and let him use the money to move his new homes. I would look for a 50% yield.

I’ve read through the archives for posts on partnering with an investor. But what if it is the other way around…?

There is a park that is selling out and all the homes need to be moved. I’ve had a dealer/rehabber contact me about partnering in some of the homes. He already is fixing up and moving some of them, and there’s another four that he wants to buy. He already has a line on the spots to move them to. He just lacks the cash for these other purchases and moving costs (no signed deals or agreements in place yet).

I’m interested in doing this, how would you structure this type of deal…?
