Yes, it HAS BEEN a long time since these were used in Arizona. Let’s see, I haven’t done one since way back in November '99. (smile)

Barbara, your escrow officer has no idea what s/he is talking about. If you know the URL to the Maricopa County Recorder’s office, I’ll send you (via email) the document number for the one I did in November.

I started escrow for a house I am going to buy on a Land Contract. I wanted to get a Performance Deed of Trust recorded but my escrow officer claims they haven’t been done here in a long time. Anybody in Arizona heard of this?
