I just want to know if these numbers are possible. I am looking at a 2 bedroom, 1 bath poolside condo, on the bayside of Ocean City, Maryland. I can pick it up for $219,000, maybe a little lower. With 5% down, and a credit score of about 700 or a little higher, is there a possibility of getting a mortgage for under 1,000 a month?

As James noted, we definitely need a lot more info. Starting with, is this a primary or investment?
Other info about your job and assets will be required as well.
My recommendation would be to speak to a nationwide mortgage consultant who handles high ltv transactions. You want to get accurate #s to determine if this purchase is feasible; this means you need to give accurate info so the person assisting can do their job for you.
