Have you looked at anywhere near Harrisburg, Pa? Really good area to pick up some positive cash flow. Harrisburg is and hour and 20 mins west of Philly.

My daughter is in the middle of a 1031 and is considering looking in Philadelphia (we’re out of state). Does anyone have areas/neighborhoods to recommend for good cash flow and appreciation?
