I remember back when I first got into buying mobile home rental lots I required pictures of the applicant’s home for approval. Pictures looked fine but home was a junker. Learned real quick that the time and money spent to inspect was well worth it even if a 100 miles away. Point is these woobly boxes look alot alike in a photo.

Is there a picture page for fellow investors to put up and compare details for past and future home MH deals?
Seems we could get into more specifics as far as conditions, prices, ages, etc. And analyze and discuss in-depth.
