Buy a MH for $2,000 (or less) …one that will accept a dog that big…once your house is finished sell the MH via Lonnie Deal…can’t do that with an apartment.

I am debating about renting an apartment, or by a MH until I finish building a house, approximately 2 years. I have a large dog 95 lbs. and not too many apartment buildings accept large dogs. I am willing to pay cash for a mobile home up to 10-12K, however, how can I approach it for the best possible deal? I leave in SE MI.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
