Okay, I’ve run outta options for getting this house.I can’t get someone to finance me with my score bordering 500.I’ve thought of everything,owner financing or leasing is out of the question now, i don’t know anyone who would lend me the money if they even had it.I only need a loan for 45,000 i’m guessing the property is worth a lot more than that.i can’t take over the loan on the house because there isnt one.The seller needs the money so i know he won’t finance for me.I know my credit will be greatly improved in 5 months i just don’t want to lose this house having to wait til then.Please help! I need someone who will be willig to give me loan with my credit.
