You don’t know if it’s good or bad until you dig yourself into the trenches. You’ve got to start talking to Sellers and to Buyers. Experience your market yourself first hand with the players.

Hi, I really need advice and please don’t you all yell at me at one time I am working with flips and lease option the only thing is I don’t see a lot of people in the papers in my area that may even be an investors so who would I flip to
and I hardly every see Lease Option in the papers. one person that I met on this site told me that I should look at this as a good thing it’s not a lot of people around here doing the same thing and this might bring me more deals
by the way I live in a small town.Please tell me what you think I am really discourage by this should I be or should I turn this into a postive thing. Thank You!
