I suggest you contact the school district or any of the other taxing authorities in the area. They usually have the correct address, or they may tell you that the tax bill has been returned undelivered.
In the latter case there might be several years of unpaid taxes. TKP, Houston

How do I find an owner of an abandoned property. I know the owner’s name and city where she lives from the deed, however I can’t find her in the phone book. Should I contact the local borough offices? Who would know how to contact this person, and be able to give me the information? Would her mortgage holder be able to help me?
