Will you post your letter? Or at least part of it.

Remember, divorce is a crazy ride for a lot of folks. You need to approach the letter writing aspect to address that.

How can I get people facing divorce to call me so that I can buy their house?

I’ve sent out direct mail to people facing divorce and they are not calling. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you made your letter personal? Like Dear Jane, Maybe hand write the letter, letting them know that you are interested in buying there house.

I would not write about Hey Divorce Sucks or anything like that.
