I got a call from a seller who has a duplex 3/1 2/1 , he said was appraised at 110k but he needs 85k, he owes 20k,he’s willing to do a lease option if he cant sell it by himself , his payments are 450,OO withouth insurance and taxes, He said that reason why he is selling is because hé is relocating, so far he got 2 offers,I’ll meet him today at 3:00 pm, and i have a few questions for you members of this board.
He said he would need at least 40k to move to the other place,He’s willing to pull the equity out and do a l/o.
Should I ask him for the 2 writtens offers? so I can mine
let’s say his insurance is due on april $1500(example) how do I take care of that?using part of the NROM?
Am I missing something here?
