Hello, I appreciate the responses beforehand. I have run into a deal where the owner of a 3br/2ba 2000 year MH is in the military and will be relocated and would like me to take over his payments. He purchased the 2000 MH new 3 years ago for 46,000 and now owes 39,900 with a 15 year loan for $490/mo and rent on property for $304/mo. The property is located close to the Austin TX international airport. I have never done a MH deal and would like advice on how to handle this. Thanks.
