Yup…technically, it’s a felony for anyone except the Postmaster or his authorized representative to put ANYTHING in a mailbox…not that it’s enforced much.

I’m getting started this weekend. Any suggestions as to verbage for a postcard that I will place on mailboxes in select (good rental) neighborhoods?
