Since space is limited in the paper, and sellers usually do not totally understand what we do, making your ad simple will help.
since you are targeting both MH’s and regular houses, try a simple ad like this:
“I Buy Homes!”
Mobiles, Houses, multi-units
Any price/condition/area
xxx-xxx-xxxx
That should do the trick, and get you some calls.

I have a question on posting adds in a paper. I’m interested in putting an add in the paper stating I buy homes and mobile homes. What whould you include in an add like this when your main intention is to find desperate sellers or people willing to work with you just to get it sold. I’m unsure just how to word it. Any ideas?? Should I make it general and just see who calls?
