I would like to offer some suggestions but I don’t understand what you need. Your subject says “Pre construction …need ideas on financing,” but you are also talking about a house closing and you want to flip. Clarify and I and others might come up with some suggestions.

Hey…have a house closing early July…mortgage price will be around 167K…have it listed for 225K…should appraise just fine…I really don’t want to deal with a traditional lender…just want to flip it…any suggestions on who to contact for this type of loan…am in south Florida…house is in Palm Bay near Melbourne…really nice with great upgrades…I do have it listed on MLS up there so it is getting exposure…but I have to close on it…no assigning the contract…would love some suggestions on the best way of handling this…thanks
